A man has been hospitalized, officials said, after being shot in an incident that unfolded in a West Philly convenience store early Monday.
According to police, a 65-year-old man was shot in the shoulder during an incident at Munchies Quick Stop, along the 5900 block of Haverford Avenue just after midnight on Monday morning.
The victim, officials said, was hospitalized in stable condition.
Police did not immediately detail what led to the shooting or provide any information about any suspects in this incident.
But, officials said, an investigation was ongoing early Monday.
