The Brü Daddy’s Brewing Co. brewpub has celebrated its final night in Allentown, making way for McCall Collective Brewing Co. to open there.
Brü Daddy’s held its final day of operation at 732 Hamilton St. on Saturday, CEO and co-founder Richard Ryan said. He previously told The Morning Call that Brü Daddy’s, which opened in 2019 at the property, would focus on distributing alcohol they produce at their facility at 635 S. 10th St., including beer, ready-to-drink cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks.
According to their announcement, other opportunities to drink Brü Daddy’s beer include Lehigh Valley IronPigs games, Musikfest, Thyme Rooftop Grille in Easton, Ringers Roost in Allentown and through distributors like Tanczos Beverages and Link Beverages.
“Hope to see you there!” the announcement said. “This spot will be in good hands when McCall Collective Brewing Co. takes over.”
McCall Collective owner Kaitlin McCall said they will open for business for limited days and hours in mid-September before their grand opening weekend of Oct. 2-4.
She recommended patrons to check their website for those September days and hours.
McCall previously told The Morning Call that the new location would serve a mix of their dishes and Brü Daddy’s dishes, and that McCall Collective would continue to operate in Allentown and Upper Macungie Township.
