Large crowd of teens dispersed after Woodland Hills football game Saturday, police say
TURTLE CREEK, Pa. —
More than 150 teenagers were dispersed Saturday night after officials said some became engaged in a fight following the conclusion of a Woodland Hills football game.

The Turtle Creek Police Department said at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, officers became aware of a large group of teens gathering along Oak Avenue after the game.
Officers said 150 to 200 teens were in the area, with some reportedly starting a fight.
Due to the size of the crowd, police requested assistance from other neighboring departments. Multiple departments, along with several K-9 units, responded to assist local officers in restoring order.
According to the post, the teens became disorderly and broke up into several smaller groups. Many of the groups were “being tended to throughout town.”
“After assistance arrived on scene from other departments, officers were able to restore order and get the crowds to disperse,” Turtle Creek police said in the post.
During the interactions, police said one person was arrested for having a firearm. Several others were also evaluated for exposure to pepper spray. All have since been released, the post said.
No other injuries were reported.
