The Team Allied Services 5K, 2 Mile Walk & All-Abilities Walk takes place at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton on Saturday, October 17. Gates open at 8 a.m., and races begin at 9 a.m.
Sponsored by Aon and Quantum Rehab, the event raises funds while celebrating children with disabilities throughout Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Participants can choose the 5K run or 2-mile walk.
Following the races, everyone is invited onto the track for the free All-Abilities Walk. This highlight celebrates pediatric and adult patients and their achievements in rehabilitation.
Friends, families and community members can participate and cheer on walkers as they celebrate milestones, determination and possibility.
