Person hit by vehicle, investigation underway

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are investigating reports of a person hit by a vehicle in Scranton early Tuesday morning.

28/22 News saw EMS on Route 307 near Lake Scranton around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

One person was allegedly hit by a car; another was taken into custody.

Police have not said the condition of the victim or if any charges will be filed.
