ERIE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is reporting that traffic is moving slowly in a part of Erie County due to a semi fire.
According to ODOT, the traffic is on state route 2 westbound just west of the state Route 60 ramps.

The incident is unrelated to the resurfacing project in that area, but emergency personnel are on scene.
ODOT says motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
There is no estimated time as to when traffic will reopen and the incident will be cleared, ODOT said.
