Less than a month after J’s Steaks & Subs returned with a new food truck, a new J’s restaurant has been announced for Allentown.
The restaurant will open soon next to the Fairgrounds Hotel at the Allentown Fairgrounds in Allentown, Fairgrounds Hotel owner Dominic Germano announced, “brought to you by the owner/operators of Weyerbacher Brewery, Fairgrounds Hotel, and also coming soon Biggie’s Burn & Barrel.”
It follows the J’s Steaks & Subs food truck that opened last month at the Weyerbacher Brewing Co. taproom at 905 Line St. in Easton. The other remaining J’s restaurant, J’s Northampton, closed in May.
Ed Lozano, who owns Weyerbacher and the food truck, couldn’t immediately be reached for comment Wednesday morning.
