heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

Ripley to 26 nm north of Conneaut, moving southeast at 30 knots.
HAZARD…Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and large
hail.
