Allison Stanton sparked a second-half comeback as host Abington Heights rallied to tie Crestwood, 3-3, in a nonleague girls soccer game Wednesday.
Sarah Kondraski’s goal with 28 seconds remaining in the first half gave Crestwood a 3-0 halftime lead. Katherine Brozoski and Lily Mead also scored.
But Stanton scored twice within a three-minute span midway through the second half to pull Abington Heights within one. She then assisted on Morgan Davis’ tying goal with 6:56 left.

Olivia Reed scored eight minutes into the second half to pull Honesdale within 2-1. But eight minutes later, Savannah Turoski restored the Classics’ two-goal lead. Palazzari then scored on a penalty kick and assisted on Cassie Sheehan’s goal to seal the victory.

Arianna Vitaletti contributed nine digs and Olivia Parry had 20 assists for the Spartanettes (1-0).
Eliana Rogari had 18 digs, Jada Chavies had 12 assists, Adeline Biondo added 10 kills and Meadow Biamonte had 10 assists for Lakeland (0-1).
Susquehanna 3, Lackawanna Trail 0: At Susquehanna, Lauren Huyck had 10 assists, 10 service points with eight assists, six digs and four kills, leading the Lady Sabers to a 25-15, 25-10, 25-17 win in Division II.
Piper Heller contributed 10 service points with seven aces and six digs and Jordyn Spoor had 13 service points with eight aces and three kills for the Lady Sabers (1-0).
Ava Drake had eight service points with two aces, Grace Kelly added three aces and Madalyn Woodward had five digs, four points and three aces for Lackawanna Trail (0-1).
Elk Lake 3, West Scranton 0: At West Scranton, Aleece Greenley had nine kills, four digs and three aces, leading the Lady Warriors to a 25-19, 25-20, 26-24 win in Division II.

Sophia DeLuca paced West Scranton with seven kills, three aces, and 15 digs. Hannah Miller had six aces and three kills, and Violetta O’Hora had 15 assists for the Lady Invaders (0-1).

Girls tennis
Braylynne Armstrong and Nevaeh Deeley teamed to earn their first varsity win as the No. 1 doubles team and Marissa Shafer clinched the overall match win at No. 2 singles as West Scranton edged Scranton, 3-2, in a Lackawanna Division II girls tennis match Wednesday.
Deandranique Edwards won at No. 1 singles, and the Fran Huffman-Vanshika Patel team won at No. 2 doubles for Scranton.
