Severe storms overnight left behind damage and power outages across the Erie area, prompting several closures Thursday.
Presque Isle State Park and Tom Ridge Environmental Center are not opening today.
The Erie County Courthouse is closed including only the courts and county offices at the 140 W. 6th St. building.
Classes at all of Erie’s Public Schools are cancelled.
Robert Benjamin Wiley Charter School will not hold classes due to a power outage.
Luther Memorial Academy is also closed.
The Community has lost power but remains operational after last nights storm.
Elizabeth Lee Black School is closed.
Pre K Counts is closed
Happy Hearts is closed.
As of 7:25 a.m., nearly 20,000 customers in Erie County were still without power.
