Man arrested months after deadly shooting outside Pittsburgh market
PITTSBURGH —
Pittsburgh police have arrested a man months after a fatal shooting in Pittsburgh’s Middle Hill neighborhood.
Orlando Williams, 46, is facing several charges in connection to the death of 35-year-old Phillip Griffin of McKees Rocks.
Police responded to a six round ShotSpotter notification just after 6 p.m. outside Ann’s Market on Nov. 26, 2025.
There, they found Griffin lying in the street after being shot multiple times.
According to court documents, paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but Griffin died at the hospital less than 30 minutes after the shooting.
Surveillance video from the corner of Webster and Somers Street captured the moments leading up to the shooting.
The footage shows Griffin walking away from the store while Williams was allegedly walked parallel to him, stalking him.
Court documents state that Williams then stepped toward Griffin and fired multiple rounds, killing him.
