Lady Bulldogs win in Hot Springs

Greenwood shot a team score of 245 to defeat Lake Hamilton 281 and Hot Springs Lakeside 293 at Hot Springs Country Club.

Payton Crowe of Greenwood was the medalist at 77, while teammate Ellery Hogeland shot 78. Cali Coatney and Zoe Lamb each shot 90.

Greenwood boys take third

The Bulldogs placed third in a tri-match against Hot Springs Lakeside and Lake Hamilton on Thursday at Hot Springs Country Club.

Lakeside won the match with a team score of 319, while Lake Hamilton shot 336 and Greenwood 342.

Emerson Collins of Lakeside was the medalist at 77, beating out teammate Luke Dishongh’s 78. Lake Hamilton’s trio of Reid Pielemeier, Cace Autrey and Noah Lyles each shot 79.

Beau Bartlett led Greenwood with an 82, while Carter Koch shot 85, Ames Middleton 86, Ozzie Rogers 89 and Clay Anzalone 91.

Lady Rockets play at Little Creek

Scranton’s girls competed with Dardanelle on Thursday at Little Creek Golf Course in Ratcliff.

The Lady Rockets shot a team score of 229, while Dardanelle did not field a team score.

Elly Strobel of Scranton and Juliana Remphrey each shot 52 to tie for the medalist. Scranton’s Kimber Spicer shot 57 while teammates Carissa Westerman and Paige Forst each shot 60.

Trojans take second in match

Subiaco Academy placed second in a nine-hole match with Dardanelle and Scranton on Thursday at Little Creek Golf Course.

The Sand Lizards won the match with a team score of 157, while Subiaco Academy shot 173. Scranton was third at 227.

Denver Nail and Timothy Murray, both of Dardanelle, shot even par 36 to earn medalist honors.

Rush Rector of the Sand Lizards shot 40.

Subiaco Academy golfers Matthew Gramlich, Michael Wewers and Nick Constantino each shot 43, while Josh Trainor shot 44.

Subiaco’s Sean Clark shot 46, while Henry Morrison shot 50. Seth Meredith led Scranton at 51 with Cash Fox at 53.
