Runners laced up their sneakers for an annual race in downtown Scranton.
Dozens of runners participated in this year’s “Captain James R. Minicozzi Memorial Race.”
The run honors the late captain and takes place during La Festa Italiana.
Money raised from the 5 K and 1-mile walk will benefit the local Boys & Girls Clubs and go toward college scholarships for students at West Scranton High School.
