ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The fourth day of the Great Allentown Fair on Saturday featured a local food that people either love or hate.
It was the third annual scrapple-eating contest.
The Pennsylvanian Dutch delicacy was fried up and piled high on plates for participants to dig in.
Contestants had two minutes to eat as much scrapple as they could.
The first place winner got $200 and a Stoltzfus Meats gift bag.
