Music lovers and festival hoppers have plenty of reasons to celebrate this month, two multi-day musical occasions are on Philly’s set list.

Firstly, Breakaway Music Festival will return to Philadelphia for its second year on Sept. 11 and 12 at The Festival Grounds at Subaru Park, bringing two days of electronic music and live performances led by headliners Tiësto, Marshmello, ISOxo and Sofi Tukker. The festival’s two-day lineup also includes 2ŁØT, ARMNHMR, Avello, Brainrack, Capochino, CID, Deathpact, Devault, Gazza, HILLS, JUULS, KREAM, Layton Giordani and plenty of others, with a full schedule of performers available online.

Philadelphia marks the 10th stop on Breakaway’s 2026 tour, which will visit a record 13 cities nationwide, including new markets in New York City, Houston, and Salt Lake City. The festival’s broader 2026 schedule runs through November, with stops in Dallas, Tampa, Arizona, Atlanta and other markets. Breakaway Philadelphia will also feature a range of branded activations, food and beverage offerings, and interactive experiences throughout the festival grounds.

Wanna nab admission? Two-day tickets start at about $169 for general admission and $289 for VIP, including fees and taxes. Single-day general admission starts at $89, with VIP tickets ranging from $139 to $149 depending on the day.

Premium options include Space Deck Terrace tickets starting at $249, and Ultimate VIP is available for about $1,199. Select early-entry general admission tickets are also available for $59 on Friday and $69 on Saturday, although those tickets require entry before 6 p.m.

Next up, WXPN has also announced the lineup for its 33rd annual XPoNential Music Festival, set for Sept. 18 to 20 at Wiggins Park on the Camden, New Jersey waterfront. The three-day festival will bring together a broad mix of established acts, emerging artists and genre-spanning performers that “reflect the eclectic programming of the Philadelphia public radio station.”

This year’s headliners include Portugal. The Man, Dawes, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, and Little Feat, alongside performances from Madison Cunningham, Ratboys, Devon Gilfillian, Sierra Hull, Rebirth Brass Band, Langhorne Slim and plenty of  others. 

Set along the Delaware River, the festival’s location offers lawn seating, two stages and views of the Philadelphia skyline. Festival-goers can also fuel up with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages or explore and food, beverage and retail vendors throughout the grounds. WXPN members also have the extra benefit of a meet-and-greet area.

Three-day and single-day tickets are available online with prices ranging from about $16 for children to $310 for a three-day pass, including fees. Three-day passes are also available with a 12-month basic WXPN membership for about $279, while single-day admission runs about $102 on Friday and $112 on Saturday or Sunday. The Kids’ Pass, available for children ages 2–12, is valid for either one-day or three-day entry as well.
