The 4th annual Wyoming Valley Run presented by Allied Services in partnership with AllOne Charities was held Sunday. The 10-mile run began on South Main Street in Pittston near the Tomato Festival lot, proceeded across the Fort Jenkins Bridge and followed Wyoming Avenue to Market Street in Kingston. From there, runners entered Wilkes-Barre over the Market Street Bridge and continued on North River Street, Union, North State and East Market streets. The finish line was on Public Square.
First male finisher was James Quattlebaum. First female finisher was Rachel Schilkowsky.
The Wyoming Valley Run has donated more than $35,000 to local nonprofit organizations the last two years.
