The suit, brought in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, names NexGen Exterior Home Remodeling of Ambler, Pennsylvania, a company that handles roofing, siding, windows, doors, porches and decks. Nationwide alleges NexGen marketed itself under “On Time · On Budget · On Your Side” and used “On Your Side” on its website and social media.
