Pennsylvania mail-in ballot deadlines set for November election

Pennsylvania voters planning to use mail-in or absentee ballots for the November 3 election must follow key deadlines outlined by the state.

Applications for mail-in or absentee ballots must be received by county election offices by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27.

Once completed, ballots must be received by election offices by 8 p.m. on Election Day. A postmark will not be sufficient for submission.

If voters miss the October 27 deadline to apply for a ballot due to an emergency, they may still be able to obtain a mail-in ballot.
