A man is recovering in the hospital after a shooting on Monday evening, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The shooting unfolded around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 along the 4600 block of Edmund Street in the Frankford neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia, police said.
Officials explained that a man was taken to a nearby hospital by a private car and has been placed in critical but stable condition.
No arrests have been made yet and police are continuing to investigate.
