Deyontay Gillespie of Farrell, Pa. announced on Monday that he has received an offer from the Spartans. He made the offer from Michigan State known by posting on his social media X account.
Gillespie is an unranked and unrated linebacker prospect in the 2029 class. He plays for Farrell High, and is listed at 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds.
According to 247Sports, Michigan State is the first power four program to extend an offer to Gillespie. He also holds offers from Miami (OH), Kent State and Southern.
