SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Route 11 in Scranton is closed while a heavy police presence responds to an incident, according to 511PA.
Route 11 southbound is closed near the Oak Street Exit, and a heavy police presence can be seen on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation cameras.
Pennsylvania State Police were unable to provide any information about the nature of the incident.
