FaithCare Global Missions Conference will celebrate a successful recent medical mission trip and discuss ways to serve more in the future during a special event next month.
The 2026 Global Missions Conference and Annual FaithCare Banquet will take place Oct. 9 and 10 at the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences in West Reading and Trinity Bible Fellowship Church in Blandon.
The two-day conference will explore how health care and faith can work together to serve people in need, locally and around the world.
That includes efforts like a recent medical mission to Nigeria where local volunteers provided services to a total of 1,727 patients.
The June trip, which was done in partnership with Reading-area GT Church, was one of FaithCare’s most successful international outreach effort.
Among the patients served were 207 who underwent general and gynecologic surgeries, 463 to receive eye care and 134 to receive dental care.
