Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old who was reported missing from the Erie County area.
According to information released by the Girard Police Department, Evalina Ross, 15, has been missing since September 3. Investigators are urging community members throughout Erie County and surrounding areas to remain alert and report any potential sightings or information that could assist in the search.
Police said Evalina was last known to be in the Erie, Pennsylvania area. A possible, unconfirmed sighting was reported in the Northeast area, but authorities have not verified that information.
Evalina is described as five feet one inch tall, with hair that is pink on the left and dark brown on the right. She has piercings in both ears and on both sides of her nose. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie, blue tank top, shorts, purple and pink high-top sneakers, and possibly carrying a pink checker pattern backpack.
Law enforcement are continuing to investigate leads and are asking the public to help establish Evalina’s whereabouts as community support can play a critical role in missing-person investigations.
