The Pennsylvania Lottery said a winning ticket in the $3,000,000 Golden Ticket game was sold at a Country Fair convenience store in Union City.
The scratch-off game costs $30 for a ticket. Players can win up to $3 million in prize money.
The winner, Dave Sabol Jr., 57, told the lottery that he spoke with a financial planner and decided it was time to retire after having worked 35 years at a heavy industrial machine shop.
