ALLEN TWP., Pa.- A pair of industrial properties in Northampton County have sold for $4.1 million.
The sale in Allen Township was recorded by the county on September 3.
According to property records, a limited liability company (BB Savage LLC) with a King of Prussia mailing address purchased both 780 and 750 Savage Road from Howard and Kay Krapf.
The 750 parcel is nearly four-and-a-half acres. It’s adjacent to and about the same size as the 780 property.
Both parcels sit in front of 770 Savage Road, a more than 47-acre site that was sold by the Krapfs in 2015. There’s now a 357,780-square-foot warehouse on the site that is being advertised as available to lease.
