SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) – On September 5, Austin Stanchfield, 24, of Pennsylvania was arrested by Illinois State Police after getting off a Greyhound bus.
Stanchfield traveled from Pennsylvania to Springfield to meet with who he thought was a 15-year-old female for the purpose of sex.
He has been charged with traveling to meet a minor, indecent solicitation of a child, and grooming.
