Small to big business owners along with local leaders all gathered
in one place to celebrate the “spirit of Erie.”
a group, 700 people strong.
The second annual event, hosted by the Erie regional chamber and growth partnership was held at the bayfront convention center Thursday night.
It’s to celebrate the dedication of local business leaders.
Owners from a range of industries received awards, as did individuals who exemplify outstanding contributions.
But the big award of the night – was “the sprit of Erie” honor, given to Erie native and former Pennsylvania governor tom ridge.
He shared pride for his hometown.
Pennsylavnia Lieutenant Governor, Austin Davis was the keynote speaker, during this special year to mark Amercia PA 250.
Local business owners Beth Weaver of Rick Weaver GMC, and Adam Baker of Schooley Mitchell served as hosts for the event.
