Barbara Strauch Ann Deibert
OBITUARY
Barbara Ann Deibert of Allentown, a devoted mother, sister, aunt, and steadfast friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 10, 2026.
Born in Allentown in 1948, Barbara spent many dedicated years with Maier’s Bakery in Emmaus before joining the secretarial team at William Allen High School, where she retired in 2013. Above all, Barbara will be remembered for her boundless generosity and her lifelong practice of putting the needs of others above her own.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Elizabeth Beck, and her husband, Michael Beck; her son, Matthew James Deibert, and his wife, Sara Ann Lorenz; her brother, William Frank Strauch; her niece, Debra Ann Strauch Portalatin; and her nephew, William Walter Strauch. She also leaves behind many dear friends and extended family who will miss her warmth deeply.
