Eric Santagato has been promoted to the position of president, distribution and contract, PA/NY, of Singer Equipment Co., expanding his leadership responsibilities across two important areas of the company’s business.

Under his leadership, the company’s distribution business has more than doubled in revenue, while continuing to strengthen its capabilities, infrastructure, and national reach.
During his tenure, Santagato has helped transform distribution from a strong regional business into a national distribution platform. He expanded Singer’s warehouse footprint and strengthened the logistics network and capabilities necessary to serve customers across the country. At the same time, he built a talented leadership team and organizational structure designed to support both distribution’s growth and the continued growth of Singer.
In his expanded role, Santagato will continue to lead Singer’s distribution business while also assuming leadership responsibility for the company’s PA/NY contract business.
BERKS COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
Molly McCullough Robbins, vice president for philanthropic services at Berks County Community Foundation, recently earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation from The American College of Financial Services.

The designation recognizes expertise in philanthropic and legacy planning, tax strategies, and financial planning related to charitable giving. To earn the CAP designation, Robbins completed a three-course graduate-level curriculum and accompanying exams to complete each course.
Prior to her role at the Community Foundation, Robbins spent five years as executive director of Wyomissing Area Education Foundation and 10 years as director of communications and assistant to the director of advancement for an independent school in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Robbins completed Berks County Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Management Certificate program in 2020, prior to joining the Community Foundation in her current role.
While the CAP designation from The American College of Financial Services signifies expert knowledge of charitable planning, the course also offers skill development in interpersonal and donor relationships.
SAXTON & STUMP
Drew A. Jabour-Gehman has joined the firm of Saxton & Stump as an associate in its Malvern office. He is a member of the firm’s Education and Family Law groups, bringing experience in school district litigation, family law proceedings and public-sector legal matters.

Jabour-Gehman’s background representing clients in equitable distribution, custody and alimony and support matters adds practical depth to the firm’s ability to counsel individuals and families through sensitive and complex proceedings.
Before joining Saxton & Stump, Jabour-Gehman was an associate at Philadelphia firm, Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller. He also practiced at Appel Yost & Zee, where he gained experience in a broad range of family, education, municipal and litigation matters. Jabour-Gehman also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer, President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Before pursuing law, he spent five years as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher in Texas, Mexico City and Pennsylvania. He holds teaching certifications covering PreK-6 and English, Social Studies, Spanish and French for grades 7-12.
Jabour-Gehman earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was chief executive projects editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, founder and president of the Family Law Society, and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also holds an M.S.Ed. from Baylor University and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Messiah College.
