WALNUTPORT, Pa. – A two-vehicle crash near the Lehigh-Northampton county line sent three people to the hospital Sunday.
It happened just after 11:15 a.m. in Walnutport, Northampton County.
Police at the scene said two vehicles were involved.

Three patients were taken to the hospital, they said, but the extent of the injuries was not known. One of those who were injured needed to be freed from the wreckage by emergency crews, they said.
The one side of Route 145/South Best Avenue, near the Giant food store, was closed while crews responded and eventually cleared the scene.
The Walnutport Borough Police Department has not yet released details on what caused the crash.
