Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed water leaking at the faucet and drain line for the handwash sink in the dishwashing area. Floor in the cooking and dishwashing areas cracked/damaged and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Tiles in the bottom of the mop sink are damaged/missing allowing dirty water to accumulate. Coving is damaged or missing in several areas of the facility. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the cooking area. Corrected. The handwash sink in the right-hand server area does not have single-use towels. Corrected. Observed a plastic container being used to collect dripping water from the hood at the cooking line (at the extra grill). Roof is leaking water in the back area near the door to the dry storage room.
