The Neshaminy Mall Is Closing

The Neshaminy Mall sits on a ~108.5 acre-site located on Route 1 (right off Exit 351 of the PA Turnpike).

While the mall will be closing, the AMC-24 Movie Theater, and popular anchor stores, Boscov’s and Barnes and Noble, will remain.

The mall lost a chuck of customers when anchor stores closed with Macy’s in 2017 and Sears in 2018.

“It’s a shame,” Hayes said. “They’re losing all of their stores. It’s a ghost town.”

Hayes said the RDA will be holding its meeting on Friday where more updates could come.
