Coffee Inclusive opens second location in Scranton

Coffee Inclusive cut the ribbon on its Cedar Avenue location Monday morning.

SCRANTON, Pa. — A nonprofit coffee shop celebrated the grand opening of its new location in Scranton on Monday.

You can find Coffee Inclusive’s new shop at United Neighborhood Centers along Cedar Avenue in the city’s south side.

The group provides employment opportunities for individuals with all abilities in the Scranton community.

“We want to see them be successful in their community. We want to see when they walk around town, people know them and say their name and communicate with them like they’re anybody else. We hope that it creates awareness to local businesses that people with disabilities have value,” said Frank Bartoli, PA Inclusive CEO.

This marks Coffee Inclusive’s first expansion.
