After more than two decades at 555 Grant St., money management firm CooksonPeirce is relocating its downtown office to 11 Stanwix St. just ahead of Halloween.
“It’s nearly certain that our first work day in the new space will be Monday, October 26,” said Cory Krebs, president and CEO. “Construction is moving along nicely [with] only a few small hangups.”
Last fall, CooksonPeirce confirmed that it signed a 10-year lease for 10,000 square feet at 11 Stanwix, an increase of about one-third over its long-time home at what’s better known as Omni William Penn Place. It has options to take additional contiguous space if needed. That’s important as past additions had been piecemeal, leading to a layout that wasn’t efficient.
