MUHLENBERG TWP., Pa. – The man behind a popular drag racing website and social media account is turning to a Berks County shop for some help.
Jack Korpela with CycleDrag stopped by Ken’s Cycle Repair on Route 61 in Muhlenberg Township Tuesday.
Jack says he recently found his dad’s first motorcycle, a bike his dad bought back in 1973.
He described the condition as “horrible.”
He says he hopes Ken can breathe some new life into the bike.
“I know a few people in the restoration game, and they call this crusty rusty. It is amazing what these guys can do. If you see the finished project, you never believe it,” Korpela said.
The shop owner says he expects the restoration process will be lengthy.
