Cyclists can enjoy a scenic ride on the Schuylkill River Trail while supporting the river and trail at Schuylkill River Greenways’ annual Ride for the River on Saturday. The event begins and ends at Pottstown Riverfront Park, 140 College Drive. There will be a 37-mile ride leaving at 9 a.m., a 15-mile ride at 9:15 and a 4-mile Family Fun Ride at 9:20.
There will be a party in the park after the ride with Sly Fox Brewing Co., Handel’s Ice Cream and other local businesses.
