LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Get ready for more traffic.
Drivers in Lackawanna County will encounter lane restrictions and rolling slowdowns today on Interstate 81 northbound and southbound between Exit 188, Dunmore/Throop, and Exit 190, Dickson City/Main Avenue, between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., the state Department of Transportation said.
Weather permitting, crews will be replacing utility poles and wiring across the interstate.
