The Dickson City Commons is under new ownership.
Upton, Massachusetts-based MRV Dickson City Partners LLC sold the roughly 14-acre property — spanning 1104-1126 Commerce Blvd. and also including 1144 Commerce Blvd. — to Erie County-based Dickson City Commons PA LLC for $23.75 million, according to a deed recorded this month in Lackawanna County.
