Families can share feedback on new Erie elementary name, mascot, boundaries

St. Vrain Valley families are invited to provide feedback on several aspects of the new elementary school being built in Erie’s Colliers Hill neighborhood.

Families are invited to share their ideas for the school name, mascot and colors through Sunday at bit.ly/3UMRMAz. They’re also invited to share feedback through Sunday on proposed attendance boundaries and the plans for the new school at bit.ly/4reGqBt.

Recommendations related to the school boundaries, name, mascot and colors are expected to be considered by the school board in mid-October. Principal Andrew Moore also will hosting a community conversation from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 8 at The Overlook in Colliers Hill. For more information about the new school, visit svvsd.org/elementary29.
