This edition of Snapshot of the Day comes from Dori Knobloch, who captured a striking image of the Bicentennial Tower illuminated in purple along Erie’s waterfront.
Knobloch said she took the photo on Sept. 1 following Gem City Soul Night and was moved by the tower’s vibrant display in recognition of Suicide Awareness Month.
The purple lights created a memorable scene against the night sky, serving as a meaningful reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and support throughout the community.
