NAZARETH, Pa. – It was a field hockey showdown on Wednesday as Parkland and Nazareth clashed, both hoping to avoid their second loss of the season.
In the first minute, Parkland worked it from a corner and Kamryn Karrat’s shot is blocked, but Sydney Sensinger was there to power through the scrum and get the ball in the cage. Trojans up 1-0.
Then, in the early moments of the second half, another scrum begins in front of Nazareth’s cage. Parkland’s Lily Natale would fight through the mess and score a key insurance score as they hold on to win 2-0.
