Pre-sale is where the magic happens — but you’ll need a ticket to get in early. Heads up: Presale tickets are tiered by group (consignors, platinum, gold, silver, grandparents, new parents, and more), each with their own entry window, so check the site to see when your group can shop.

Presale tiers, simplified:
A lot of shoppers qualify for free presale entry — you just need to register ahead of time and grab your spot before the free tickets run out. Free categories include:

Don’t fit one of those groups but still want in early? There are paid presale tiers too, starting around $10 online for the earliest access, with prices going up the earlier you want to shop (and all tiers cost more if purchased at the door instead of online).
Each tier has its own time window and limited ticket count, so check the full presale ticket list and register as soon as you can.
On Saturday and Sunday, no presale tickets are needed — just stop by!

There are typically 25,000+ items, everything is organized by size, and prices are usually 50–90% off. It’s one of those places where you go in for “a few things” and leave with a full bag.
