Four men accused of participating in a pair of what Erie police called aggressive confrontations in 2024 while reported members of a group that worked to expose suspected child predators have ended their criminal cases with pleas to summary disorderly conduct charges.

The four – Jaiden M. Farris, 23; Darryn A. Kalicky, 23; Ryan J. Munsch, 22; and Joshua D. Myers, 22 – each pleaded guilty to one summary count of disorderly conduct in each of their two criminal cases, Assistant District Attorney Hillary Hoffman said. The most recent pleas were entered in Erie County Common Pleas Court by Munsch on Sept. 9, when he was fined $100 on each count.

Erie police charged the four, along with 32-year-old Efrain E. Perez, after accusing them of confronting two different men at Frontier Park in the city in May and June 2024 while the five were reportedly members of the Erie Predator Catchers.

Erie police accused them in a May 27, 2024, incident of surrounding a man’s car, ordering him out of it and taking the man’s gun. They each faced charges including felony theft and robbery in the incident.

The five were accused in a June 10, 2024, incident of luring a man to the park, taking his phone and jumping on his vehicle. They faced charges including felony robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Perez, a reported leader of the Erie Predator Catchers, pleaded guilty in April to misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and recklessly endangering in one of the cases, and to misdemeanor theft and summary disorderly conduct in the second case. He was sentenced June 30 to four years of probation.
