ERIE, Pa.–Westminster sophomore Phil Silvis (Harmony, Pa., Seneca Valley) registered a ninth-place individual finish Friday at the Penn State Behrend Twilight Meet.
Behrend won the three-team, eight-kilometer event with 19 points. Behrend senior Peyton Brewer topped the 26-competitor field with a time of 27 minutes, 35.73 seconds.
Silvis posted 29:26.98 for Westminster. Sophomore Dillon Brunner (Pittsburgh, Pa., Upper Saint Clair) was 20th with a time of 32:26.92.

Westminster will compete at the Youngstown State Collegiate Invitational next Saturday, Sept. 26, at 9:45 a.m. The eight-kilometer event will be held at the Gorby Family Cross Country Course in Canfield, Ohio.
