Robert “Bob” Frederick Richter
OBITUARY
Robert Frederick Richter, 86, passed away on July 15, 2026. Born in Reading, Pa., on January 28, 1940, he was a son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Fatula) Richter.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Bob is survived by his wife, Marlene (Shilobod) Richter; his children, Sherie Daniel, Susan Davis (Mike), James Richter (Jennifer), and Brenda Richter; his siblings, Jean Niece, John Richter (Wendy), and Barbara Lander (John); seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing and visitation on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Auman’s Inc. Funeral Home, 391 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading. Those attending are kindly asked to arrive at the cemetery entrance by 11:45 a.m.
