SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Scranton police announced they are looking for a one-year-old reported missing on Saturday.
The Scranton Police Department say they are searching for one-year-old Delilah Miller, who was described as two feet tall, weighing 20 pounds. The color of their eyes, hair, and what they were wearing is unknown to authorities.

Authorities say Miller was last seen with 24-year-old Kierra Smith, who was described by police as a woman standing at five feet six inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes.

Police explain that Miller was last spotted in the area of the 500 block of North Cameron Avenue in Scranton City, Lackawanna County on Saturday at about 3:00 p.m.
Officials believe this person could be at a special risk of injury or harm or could be confused.
Police ask anyone with information on Miller is asked to contact authorities immediately by calling 911 or calling the Scranton Police Department at (570) 348-4141.
