Pa. state police seek information on fatal hit-and-run in Carbon County

State police are seeking information about a vehicle they say was observed leaving the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash in Carbon County.

The crash occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of Route 903 and Church Road in Penn Forest Township.

An unnamed person fell off an ATV and, while in the roadway, was hit by a vehicle, police said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
