Pennsylvania’s highest-paid general counsel saw mixed results in 2025, with average total cash compensation dropping 6.7% to $1,319,704, while overall total compensation rose 15% to $3,801,642. Thomas J. Reid of Comcast topped the list for the third consecutive year with $7,412,741 in total cash, as the top 10 welcomed four new faces alongside six returning names.
