A 20-year-old man was shot in North Philadelphia on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The shooting occurred at around 4:19 p.m. in the area of the 1200 block of Fairmount Avenue, police said.
NBC10 was there to find an active crime scene.

The man was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition, police said.
No arrests have been made and no weapons have been recovered, police said.
