Trial date set for Bethlehem Twp. official accused of harassing his neighbors | Bethlehem Area

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A trial date has been set for an elected Northampton County official accused of harassing his neighbors.

Bethlehem Township Commissioner Michael Hudak is charged with stalking and harassment.

Hudak has been accused of driving his riding lawnmower toward his neighbor while staring at him and giving the middle finger to his security cameras.

The man’s trial is set to start November 2nd.

Hudak has denied any wrongdoing.
